She needs to be in tip top shape for her role as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

And on Saturday, Alessandra Ambrosia gave a hint as to how she maintains her svelte figure – yoga.

The lean model shared a photo via her Instagram which showed her posing in dancer’s pose, revealing to followers her sublime balance and flexibility.

The 32-year-old model showed off her trim figure against the backdrop of a setting sun while on the beach in the picture, which she later deleted.

Ambrosio appeared to be perfectly content and serene while engaging in the relaxing fitness regimen, although it appeared she may have overestimated the extent of her balance.

A series of footprints could be seen imprinted upon the sand just around her, suggesting the long and lean model may have stumbled while attempting the difficult pose.

In another Instagram shot shared on Saturday, the Brazilian beauty dressed in a fringed, white poncho, sitting crossed-legged with her hands in prayer position.

Her bare legs are flashing, but Alessandra did opt to wear shoes, a pair of strappy sandals as she got in touch with her spiritual side.

Meanwhile, her brunette locks flowed down in loose curls, as she nested on a floral-printed cushion and rug beneath a lacy teepee.

Heavenly: The model posted this snap of her desert location

With a cactus in the background, the mother-of-two appeared to be near a desert.

If that wasn’t indication enough, Alessandra shared an outdoor snap of her location.

‘Surrounded by nature #desert #rocks #bluesky #energy,’ she said along with a photo of a cobalt blue sky, desert rocks and sand.

Alessandra launched her own casual clothing line on Thursday.

The debut summer range is strongly inspired by the brunette bombshell’s own bohemian style, featuring plenty of loose fabrics and body-flaunting looks, and will be stocked exclusively at Planet Blue.

In a video shared on her Instagram account, the model gave viewers a sneak peek of the collection’s launch party.

Alessandra said in a statement: ‘I cannot think of a better place to launch the apparel for my brand. The authentic bohemian beach vibe is the perfect backdrop for my very first collection.’
