Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were made aware of a warrant for the arrest of Suspect Chris Brown on Friday, March 14, 2014.

At about 2:00PM, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s deputies arrested Suspect Brown for the warrant at a location he was staying at in the city of Malibu.

Mr. Brown was cooperative when taken into custody. He is being held without bail at the Inmate Reception Center of the Los Angeles County jail in downtown Los Angeles.

The warrant was issued related to assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats crimes which occurred on February 7, 2009, in the City of Los Angeles.

The incidents were investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department and prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The warrant was issued for a probation violation related to his conviction.

As reported by TMZ, the 24-year-old was made to leave the facility after violating ‘internal rules.’

It is unclear what rules the RB star fell foul of, however a source said it did not involve violence or drugs.

It was rumoured that the singer had previously indulged in an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a female employee at the rehab center, but that is not what caused him to be dismissed today.

Chris completed a 90 stay at the facility, but a judge ordered he stay for longer until an assault case against the singer was concluded in Washington D.C.

He has been given permission to leave the grounds for certain approved events in recent months, including a celebration to honour his work with LA community group 2nd Call.

However, the judge instructed that if the rapper were to leave rehab for any other reason, he would be incarcerated.

It has been reported that L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies picked Brown up a short time ago and are taking him to jail.

In October, Brown was accused of assaulting Parker Adams, who is suing the rapper and one of his bodyguards for $3m, which violated his probation, stemming from a violent assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

At the time, the Turn Up The Music singer voluntarily checked himself into rehab in Malibu, California in October but was kicked out after throwing a rock through his mother Joyce’s car window.

He was then ordered to seek anger management at a different facility instead of being sentenced to jail.

Chris and his bodyguard’s criminal trials are set to begin on April 17.

How many chances at rehab is this idiot going to get? It’s the easy option for celebrities to go to rehab. If you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime as the saying goes. Surely he’s going to have to be jailed this time. He is laughing at the judge, it’s obvious.

No matter what he will always be in and out of Jail, he is an easy target now for greedy opportunistic people who will take advantage of this situation. Poor guy, society claims they want someone to change for the better but they never give them a chance for that change.
